The 10V is the absolute minimum voltage you want to see at the brake magnets, so that's worth looking into.
I'd make sure that the 7-way connector on the vehicle and the trailer are both in good condition, not damaged or corroded. Make sure the wiring from the trailer connector to the magnets is in good condition, with no loose connections, no cracked wire insulation. Make sure that the ground connections at each magnet are made to clean, bare metal.

I'm assuming you're speaking of a bearing kit like # BK3-310 that includes a LM67048 outer bearing, a 25580 inner bearing and a GS-2125DL double lip seal. The seal fits a 3.376 hub bore and a spindle surface just a bit larger than 2.125 inches.
The grease seal should fit very tightly in the hub bore and should not be loose. If it fits loosely on the spindle or in the hub bore, it will allow grease to escape the hub and allow moisture and dirt in.

To achieve a successful auto level with the Lippert Ground Control part # LC358590, you want to make sure you are trying to auto level on even ground. If you are trying to auto level on uneven ground you will have to relocate the trailer before trying. You may need to reset the zero point as well. We do not have a KW1-style replacement water filter, but I may have a better solution for you. The KW1 Style filter is unique to some Forest River RV's like your 2014 Cedar Creek and as such may not be as easy to find as more common styles.
